Drs. Phipps, Levin, and Hebeka believe in using the best equipment,materials, and technology that is available to aid us in giving the best possible treatment to our patients. We truly feel that our patients deserve time tested and proven care, and and the technology or technique that we use to achieve that should also be proven to stand the test of time.
Before we will change a technique or introduce new technology or instruments to our practice, we use expert evaluations from leading dental research groups to aid us in identifying valuable aids. These evaluations are independent of any manufacturers claims or commercial marketing pressure. All too often, some practitioners jump on board for the latest “gadget” to wow patients, only to learn later that the product did not do what it claimed to do. This comes at both the financial expense and the potential oral health expense of the patient.
Through extensive continuing education courses and credible peer-reviewed journals, we feel that we are always keeping abreast of valuable information which will help us serve you better, and incorporate new technology and techniques.
