We understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), and our hearts go out to those already affected.
We are committed to being proactive in our approach to maintain everyone’s safety during this outbreak. The onset of the current pandemic has led us to carefully follow the recommendations of local, state, federal, and world health agencies.
Our dental office has always prided ourselves on the use of advanced, state-of-the-art sterilization and disinfection techniques. We are focused on keeping your health and safety a top priority. As we all continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking a closer look at behaviors and techniques of infection control to ensure the safety of our staff, our patients, and our community especially at this time of heightened awareness. We want to assure our patients that we will continue to take steps to reduce the possibility of disease transmission, as we strive to provide the very best care possible.
We do strongly request – any patients experiencing any signs of illness, including fever, cough, or shortness of breath to postpone any dental visits until their symptoms are gone and they have been cleared by their healthcare professional to resume normal activity and no longer pose a risk to others.
To Patients and Staff,
Our doctors and management team will monitor and follow the most current information on Covid-19 and continue to formulate a thoughtful response to the threat of this pandemic.
We have chosen to err on the side of caution to mitigate the risk of spreading this virus. As such, we are taking the following steps in our initial phase of protocols:
The office will be staffed by a smaller group of doctors, clerical, and assistants.
-The office will be available for emergencies only – Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 AM to 1 PM
-We are in the process of canceling ALL elective procedures.
-We will be available for serious dental problems that pose a danger to the health of the individual and would pose a more dire situation if postponed.
-We will limit the number of people in our reception area at any one time.
-We plan to use voice, video, and text to answer questions and recommend solutions as much as possible in order to limit person-to-person contact.
-We want patients to notify us by phone when they arrive in our parking lot for an appointment.
-Patients will wait in their cars in the parking lot until they are notified when we are ready to escort them to a treatment room.
-Please contact us with any questions. We will return calls and provide answers as much and as quickly as possible – 419-352-2569.
These initial steps will be modified as we gain more knowledge and guidelines from trusted authorities.
We are as anxious as you to get back to normal routine.
Be Smart, Be Safe
As always-
Thank you for continuing to place your trust in us.
